We partnered with the Lake Forest Chamber of Commerce to become a key focal point for sponsor exposure at the 5k running event. Our Design team created a unique and engaging on-screen experience that helped educate the audience, and provide a thorough overview of the Charity event, as well as other events the Chamber of Commerce produces to help increase participation.
When we were invited to be a part of the Southern California beach-side event in Huntington Beach, our goal was to ensure that the audience was kept engaged and informed over the course of 3 days. We partnered to compile and design on-screen content to make sure visitors knew about daily activities, competitions, awards ceremonies, and the variety of sponsors that made the event possible. The screen also became prime advertising space during the course of the event that saw almost 19,000 in attendance.
